Les Cakes de Bertrand, salon de théSalon de thé, restaurant dans le 9ème arrondissement - Paris

In the old Bourdaloue chocolate factory, Didier Bertrand and Adolphe Besnard have imagined a salon de thé and sweet shop where the art of living oscillates between softness and languor.
With delight, one discovers the rare and authentic flavors of finely selected teas and homemade cakes.
At lunch time, you can opt for cakes and tarts dishes, eggplant-parmigiano crumbles and chicken green curry homemade lasagna. To end the meal or for tea time, the pastry chef suggests cinnamon cakes, ginger and orange cakes, lemon pies and apples rhubarb crumbles accompanied with a suitable tea.
Sunday brunch is served bertween 12h00 and 18h00 and reservations are recommended.
The wide choice of fine delicacies (pralined macaroons, salted butter caramels, confectionery and chocolate...) will satisfy the palates of the refined gourmets.
The shop also hold at your disposal the complete collection of shopping bags, coin purses, cancles, post cards, notebooks, cushions, eyes glasses cases, accessory cases all finely decorated with old post cards picked from Adolphe's grand mother album...
For your business breakfasts, we place at your disposal the room with capacity of 22 places between 8h00 and 11h30.
